If you have power cycled your network router and are still experiencing connectivity issues, please contact Technical Support at (828) 682-8333 or submit a service ticket in your account portal.

To be notified via email and text for scheduled maintenance downtime, be sure your mobile phone and email address are updated in your account portal.
